Must Have
0–3 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or a high-volume marketplace, An operations-first mindset, Financial literacy with a process focus, Excel fluency, Obsessive attention to detail, Clear, confident communication, At least one year of work experience or internships
What You'll Do.
Monitor and manage the "Quote-to-Cash" lifecycle.
Ensure sales contracts are accurately represented in our billing systems
and that project margins remain healthy.
Reconcile high volumes of transaction data (expert hours vs. client billing) to ensure there is no leakage in the marketplace.
Serve as a dedicated resource for the Sales and Account Management teams to resolve billing disputes
custom pricing requests
Identify bottlenecks in current billing and payment workflows.
Partner with the tech/product teams to automate manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.
Manage collections with a "customer-success" mindset
maintaining professional communication with high-profile clients while keeping Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) low.
Prepare weekly KPIs on revenue pacing
and operational efficiency for the leadership team.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with the tech/product teams to automate manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.; comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, CS, and Sales
