The Financial Management Analyst is part of the Credence Financial Management Team supporting the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Program Management Office (PMO). The analyst provides comprehensive budget execution, financial analysis, and reporting support for one or more PIEE applications/programs. This position will primarily focus on DoW budget execution across all PIEE funding lines supported by Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) appropriations, as well as the management of reimbursable funding and intra-governmental transactions. The analyst will be assigned a primary PIEE program for day‑to‑day funds management and will serve as backup financial manager for at least one other PIEE program, working closely with an existing Financial Management Analyst on the same contract to ensure continuity of operations. The position reports to the contractor Financial Management Lead and operates under the oversight of the government Financial Management Lead.
