About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Financial Institutions team. In this role, you will support the development and management of relationships with key financial services clients, including banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. You will contribute to client coverage, research, and transaction execution activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored financing and advisory solutions. Key Responsibilities Support the development and ongoing management of relationships with financial institutions clients Perform industry and company research to identify financing and advisory opportunities, including regulatory and market developments Prepare presentations and materials to support product solutions, including capital adequacy, liquidity management, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams to support transaction execution, including capital raising, M&A, and structured finance Review transaction documentation and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC and compliance requirements Skills and Experien
