What You'll Do.

Full Job Description

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work directly with our clients. As a Financial CSR, your duties will include creating an estimate of charges based on the treatment plan and presenting that treatment plan to the pet owner. _Must have_ previous experience in an animal hospital and it would be a plus to have knowledge of veterinary terminology. You will also be entering charges of hospitalized patients and providing those pet parents over the phone with a financial update.
