## Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close Manage AP, AR, GL, payroll, and financial reporting Oversee cost accounting, inventory, WIP, and inventory-in-transit Manage factoring relationships and A/R financing Lead audits and ensure GAAP compliance Partner with Production, Sourcing, Logistics, and Executive Leadership Manage and develop the accounting team ## Ideal Background Prior Controller experience Apparel manufacturing, wholesale, private label, or import production experience Strong cost accounting and inventory accounting knowledge QuickBooks Online expertise Advanced Excel skills Experience in high-volume transaction environments Factoring and financing experience is a plus This company is looking for a hands-on leader who understands the operational and financial complexities of overseas production, inventory management, and large retail customer relationships.
