KONE Doors Business (KDB) is strengthening its Finance organization in the Nordics. We are looking for a **Financial Controller** to take a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring robust control, and supporting our Nordic entities through a period of transformation and growth. KDB was founded as a result of a carve-out in 2025. The recent carve-out still impacts the financial environment and reporting and makes this an interesting opportunity for someone that wants to be part of shaping new ways of working as a standalone business. We’re now looking for a **Financial Controller ,** **KDB Nordics** to join our team in **Finland** or **Sweden**. In this role you will oversee the financial performance, reporting, and controlling activities for our Nordic entities (KDB Finland, KDB Sweden, KDB Denmark and KDB Norway). You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with KONE Group standards while supporting day‑to‑day operations across O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Purchase to Pay), and R2R (Record to Report) processes. You will work closely with our outsourcing partners, process stream leads, and frontline teams to ensure smooth execution of finance operations and to strengthen the financial control environment. This role is central to improving transparency, control, and business support across the region.
