What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Bookkeeper, Finance Operations Manager, or similar mid-senior finance role, hands-on experience with Xero (essential), Experience using Shopify within an ecommerce environment (essential), Experience managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and forecasting independently, understanding of cash flow management and financial operations, Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, process documentation and SOP creation skills, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, Comfortable navigating multiple systems and operational platforms, problem-solving and proactive thinking abilities, Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workflows simultaneously, High level of accountability and ownership mindset

Experience supporting founder-led ecommerce or creator businesses, US payroll administration experience, Familiarity with inventory forecasting and COGS analysis
