What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CA or CPA qualification is mandatory, 8+ years of progressive experience, Deep knowledge of IFRS/AASB standards, Demonstrated experience in complex consolidations and international accounting treatments
Nice to Have
Experience beginning in a Big 4 firm, Senior reporting or controllership role within an ASX-listed or high-growth tech environment, Experience with high-volume transactional businesses, escrow accounting, or multi-currency platforms, Experience with ERP systems, implementations or financial automation tools, Proven ability to manage and mentor a global team
What You'll Do.
Ensure accurate consolidation of multi-currency subsidiaries
Prepare statutory financial statements
Ensure timely delivery of regulatory filings
Own the global audit process
Manage global tax compliance
Refine and automate financial systems
Oversee global cash flow
Manage intercompany settlements

Team & Collaboration
Lead a high-performing finance team; Act as primary point of contact for external auditors; Manage and mentor a global team
