Full Job Description
This role is not for 2070 Health. ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. ### Key Responsibilities * Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization. * Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. * Develop financial controls and risk management frameworks. * Analyze profitability, departmental costs, and revenue performance. * Support leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations. * Manage banking relationships, vendor payments, and treasury functions. * Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. ### Qualifications * CA (Mandatory); MBA Finance preferred. * 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts. * Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS, taxation, audits, and financial controls. ### Key Skills * Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) * Budgeting & Forecasting * Audit & Compliance * Cash Flow Management * Team Leadership * ERP & Financial Systems ###
