Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, 3+ years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role, Deep, hands-on cost accounting experience in a hardware, semiconductor, photonics, electronics, or industrial manufacturing environment, Working knowledge of statutory accounting, corporate tax, GST/VAT, transfer pricing, and audit requirements across APAC, Proven ability to operate under US GAAP, Hands-on experience with NetSuite
Nice to Have
CPA, CA (Singapore), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification, Experience in Taiwan, Experience supporting US-headquartered multinationals, Internal controls SOX-readiness, pre-IPO, or Big 4 audit background
What You'll Do.
Own monthly close for APAC entities
Lead statutory reporting and regulatory compliance
Manage external service provider relationships
Support new entity setup and finance infrastructure
Own global cost accounting function
Lead annual standard cost roll process
Ensure cost data integrity
Partner on yield economics and variances
Provide gross margin analytics
Build global cost accounting policies and controls
