We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, statutory and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and compliance with internal control policies and procedures. The role also encompasses financial risk management. As Financial Controller, you will act as a trusted business partner to the Country Manager and the Selling Entity Leadership Team, supporting both operational execution and long-term strategic planning. You will provide clear financial insight and challenge, ensuring strong cost visibility, disciplined forecasting, and alignment with business objectives, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and Group Accounting Standards. Key Responsibilities Operational * Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including revenue recognition, cost accounting, and inventory management. * Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of provisions and journal entries. * Deliver monthly management accounts in line with Group reporting timelines. * Analyse gross margins across products and business lines, identifying key drivers of performance. * Support performance reviews
