At least 1 year audit or financial due diligence experience with Big 4 accounting firms, Solid knowledge and understanding of GAAP and financial statements, Good grasp of the major business transaction cycles and the related controls, Excellent analytical skills, Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, interpersonal skills, Confidence to work independently, proven ability to work well in teams, Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations, Dynamic thinking, fast learner, Good command of oral/written English skills
