Experience in collections or hardship role, Working knowledge of hardship obligations, Working knowledge of responsible lending principles, Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing collections, NCCP Act, Australian Privacy Principles, Debt Collections guidelines, Credit Reporting framework, Superior customer service, Handling high volumes of calls, Excellent attention to detail, Excellent time management skills, Ability to multi-task, Genuine interest in finding solutions, Dispute-handling and resolution skills, Excellent negotiating skills, Tech savvy, Ability to pick up new programmes quickly

Manage portfolio of customers in arrears
Perform collections activities
