What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of experience in bank application administration, core banking systems, payment processing, or vendor application support, Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and Change Management workflows required
Nice to Have
Previous experience administering banking financial applications relevant to Core Banking is strongly preferred, Understanding of banking regulations and data privacy standards (GLBA, PCI-DSS) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Owns configuration of assigned financial applications
Manages Change Control lifecycle
Enforces process governance and adherence
Manages non-production environments
Executes controlled deployments and updates
Provides Tier 2 application support
Maintains standard operating procedures
Works with data teams for reports
Participates in UAT and QA
Conducts periodic reviews and audits
