Must Have
7+ years regulatory reporting experience, BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA required, Extensive external reporting of legal entity reporting experience required
Nice to Have
Knowledge of IFRS preferred
What You'll Do.
and submission of regulatory report
Oversee portfolio of over 100 regulatory reports
Manage approximately 1000 submissions per annum
Ensure compliance with US GAAP
Shape reporting infrastructure to meet evolving requirements
Influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Liaise with internal and external constituencies
Participate in bank examinations and audits
Lead preparation of US GAAP audited financial statements
Contribute to presentation of legal entity financial performance
Lead and manage a team
Collaborate with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders
Lead and contribute to continuous process improvement
Ensure appropriate controls across financial processes
