3-5+ years experience working in a Finance related role, Undergraduate degree in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance and/or accounting, Proficient with accounting principles, financial terms, budgets, and financial reports, Bilingualism (FR/EN) required, High degree of maturity, honesty, trust and integrity, Ability to partner with all levels of an organization, Self starter, creative thinker with solid analytical problem solving skills, Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills (both oral and written), Proficient with Google and Microsoft suite, Proficient with Financial Systems

Nice to Have

In this role, you won't just report the number, you will own the narrative of our evolution. You will bridge the gap between financial theory and operational reality, ensuring every initiative is backed by a robust, challenged, and optimized business case. The right candidate will build strong partnerships across the organization, track and report on financial performance as well as provide analysis to support opportunities. This role will be highly visible and cross functional with exposure to the senior leadership team.
