What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5+ years experience working in a Finance related role, Undergraduate degree in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance and/or accounting, Proficient with accounting principles, financial terms, budgets, and financial reports, Bilingualism (FR/EN) required, High degree of maturity, honesty, trust and integrity, Ability to partner with all levels of an organization, Self starter, creative thinker with solid analytical problem solving skills, Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, effective communication skills (both oral and written), Proficient with Google and Microsoft suite, Proficient with Financial Systems
Nice to Have
CPA or Master’s degree a plus, Workday experience a plus
