Provide financial controls of subcontracts

Perform time-phased budgeting
Perform variance analysis
Support internal/external reporting
Support risk/opportunity management
Support finance management with pre-close updates
Support finance management with month-end forecast updates
Maintain risk and opportunity portfolio
Generate variance analysis reports
Develop quarterly EACs
Develop monthly LRE data
Assist Program Management in developing review slides
Assist Program Management in presenting review slides
Understand Annual Operating Plan
