Let us be the best place you'll ever work. **What you will do** * Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities * Develop and maintain financial models to forecast supply chain performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities. * Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making. * Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable efficient and effective operations, such as labor plans and unit forecasts. * Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of initiatives, including supply chain business cases and market tests. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, store operations, and customer experience, to gather data and insights for analysis. * Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization. * Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management. * Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders. * Lead a team of two.
