Must Have
Minimum of 2 year of experience with real estate, database or finance management, MS Office skills especially Excel, Very good English
Nice to Have
Italian and/or French and/or Spanish
What You'll Do.
maintain lease databases
perform financial processes
obtaining portfolio information
reporting to clients and other JLL teams
communication with the client on a daily basis
Review invoices and documents
verify and validate data implemented to the database within timeline and accuracy compliant with client contract
Solve client document/database reporting related queries without supervision
Resolve payment-related queries with the landlords/suppliers
Review annual service charge reconciliation statements and calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
Financial reporting and analysis - verify and validate non-standard and ad hoc reporting
Rent payment processing (AP and AR)
issuing invoices to subtenants (AR)
Provide input for client escalations to Team Leader
