What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related analytical field and three years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related analytical field and five years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in finance or a related analytical filed, One year of experience in building and managing financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis using advanced excel spreadsheet techniques, One year of experience in analyzing business, One year of experience in designing and implementing, One year of experience in financial, One year of experience in managing cross-functional financial projects including project design, requirements and implementation

What You'll Do.
Gather and analyze economic
financial and other data
Support financial planning and operating expense management
Prepare deliverables for financial reporting
Provide insightful financial performance analysis
Identify process improvement opportunities
Drive positive change across the organization
Communicate the application of GAAP
Participate in writing white papers
Provide management and direction to junior analysts
Oversee and review reporting
Oversee and review Excel spreadsheet work papers
Assess internal controls
Identify gaps in control process
Design additional controls to solve deficiencies
Oversee the monthly close process
Ensure the validity of the financials
Report results to senior management
Complete multiple cross-functional projects
Create and maintain reports
Track down and identify sources of data
Determine the validity of the data
Analyze the variance in the data
