Let us be the best place you'll ever work. **A Brief Overview** The Financial Analyst (FA) supports core financial processes and delivers insights to help drive business performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to assist in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while building a strong foundation in financial planning and business partnership. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, business understanding, and critical thinking. **What you will do** * Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities. * Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities. * Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders. * Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other finance teams. * Provide accurate and timely reports. * Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders. **What will you need •** Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required • 1+ years of experience relevant experience required • Experience with data visual
