Full Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s business goals through reporting, modeling, and analyzing financial data. This work includes developing and interpreting practice group performance metrics and designing reporting processes and tools to provide timely and actionable data to practice group leaders and other members of senior leadership. This role involves de-aggregating metrics and providing recommendations for improvement, assessing performance against key industry benchmarks, and assessing the impact of various performance improvement efforts. _**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**_ * Assist with designing reporting packages and analyses to assess and understand practice group performance * Identify and investigate trends, anomalies, and opportunities. * Design and maintain reporting processes, and regularly assess delivery methods and identify improvement opportunities. * Work with the Financial Systems and IT teams on the development and enhancement of reporting tools, including dashboards and other dynamic reporting tools. * Generate ad hoc financial models and data analysis * Prepare, or assist in the preparation, of recurring and special management reports. * Prepare queries across multiple sources to generate data. * Manipulate data in Excel spreadsheets or other tools in order to summarize financial reports requested. * Work closely with other Finance functions, including Pricing, Billing, and Rate Management, on reporting needs and ad hoc requests for financial information and analysis. * Provide support to other Business Operations teams, including Business Development, Lawyer Talent, and Recruiting, as requested. _**QUALIFICATIONS:**_ * Bachelor’s
