Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, 2+ years of finance and/or accounting experience, Intermediate MS Excel, Intermediate MS PowerPoint, Ability to learn system software quickly

Medical device industry experience, Experience supporting manufacturing/supply chain/plant operations, Experience with SAP, Experience with Business Objects, Experience with Hyperion SmartView/Essbase
What You'll Do.
Consolidate financials from manufacturing site cost centers
Communicate business performance to leadership
Identify opportunities and drive improvement
Develop budgets for Annual Plan and Quarterly Forecasts
Perform variance analysis
Identify key drivers for business decisions
Conduct regular financial reviews with business partners
Communicate financial performance and business issues
Influence business to achieve financial goals
Execute Month-End Close process
Prepare journal entries
Review spending/headcount
Report monthly results to management
Identify areas for improvement
Propose new solutions for efficiencies
Develop sound financial processes
Support ad hoc audit requests
