Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related field, Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Cash Applications processes, Cash Processing and Reconciliation, Query Resolution, 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables, minimum of 4 years’ experience in Cash application experience, Demonstrate ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, build consensus on difficult issues, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Experience in identifying process gaps, driving process improvements, operational efficiency projects
Nice to Have
Post-graduation or a Master’s Degree Accounting/Finance or a related field
What You'll Do.
Be an expert in cash application processes
Manage unapplied and unidentified cash
Provide guidance and expertise to the team
Prepare reporting on cash movements
Prepare month end reporting
Prepare ad hoc reporting
Support creation of strategies to increase timely payment
Support implementation of strategies to increase timely payment
Analyze data to uncover patterns
Analyze data to uncover root cause
Analyze data to uncover opportunities
Organize data into compelling business cases
Report on progress of Cash Application function
Contribute to Monthly Business Review process
Participate in Monthly Business Review process
Communicate internally to identify issues
Communicate externally to identify issues
Propose solutions for long term sustainability
