What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified Chartered Accountant, 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, Experienced in more than one finance function, understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, analytical skills, business application skills (e.g. , Microsoft Excel), communication and influencing skills, Excellent teamwork skills, Good business acumen
Nice to Have
advanced degree or accounting certification
What You'll Do.
Preparation of IndAS financial statements ( B/S
Notes to accounts including cash flows)
Support for Internal audits & ICOFR
Preparation of Tax audits
Lead for the country GST accounting related compliances
including financial analysis of Trial balances for material flux
Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities
Represents finance on cross-functional teams
Responsible for Country statutory audits
Internal audits and ICOFR
Lead for Country Tax audit preparations
Income tax returns preparation support
GST accounting related compliances
Partners with tax team to ensure Tax refunds are operationally supported
Drives data collation for support for all Country related tax audits and assessments
Responsible for preparation of Financial statements (B/S & P&L schedules
Gathers data for financial analyses and reporting (e.g.
Drives the monthly MIS reporting process and MEC activities (by analyzing monthly as well as quarterly trends within the financials
alignment with business and other stakeholders for flux variance explanations)
