It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Job Description** Statutory Reporting: * Prepare and submit quarterly bapepam financial statements both in consolidation and stand alone version. * Prepare and submit financial numbers and analysis for bank annual report. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure required is received and validated on time. * Perfom footing, cross footing, and analysis prior to submission to regulators. Stress Testing * Support preparation of BUST stress testing requirement and ensure alignment with regulator expectation and timeline. * Act as Solvency stress test coordinator, ensure the completeness and timeliness of data and report submitted. Financial Audit * Act as audit coordinator for statutory and financial reporting audit, including: * Managing the annual audit process * Coordinating requests between auditors and internal departments * Ensuring audit data requests are submitted accurately and on time * Prepare external auditor appointment material for RMC and BOC meeting * Consolidate audit evaluation for audit committee notification Corporate Action * Support financial analysis for corporate action. ## **Additional Requirements** Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
