What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years Finance experience with progression
Nice to Have
Advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP, Experience using AI-enabled software a plus
What You'll Do.
owning the day-to-day expense management
budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
Maintain the operating budgets and forecasts for Parking
Track weekly/monthly spend against budget and partner with management to understand trends
Prepare weekly/monthly performance packages for senior leadership
addressing budget variances
and status of current projects
Assist in preparing the annual operating plan
Assist in preparing month-end pacing forecast for FP&A and month-end reporting for management
Perform monthly financial close duties including posting journal entries
and account reconciliations
Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for operators and finance
Participate in and lead regular financial update meetings with operators
Review and approve purchase requisitions and invoices
ensuring proper accounting and budget allocation
Work with controllership and FP&A teams to ensure proper accounting of department expenses
Perform analysis on financial performance and key business drivers
including regression and correlation analyses that provide meaningful recommendations and drive key business decisions
Assist with special projects to improve internal financial processes
develop key performance metrics
and support operators
