What You'll Do.
Perform timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations
Partner with operations teams to identify and implement process improvements
Prepare and post standard journal entries
Support basic general ledger account analysis
Research and resolve DDA reconciliation and super-sheet out-of-balance items
and support dividend and commission payments
Support reconciliation-related activities
including settlements
and gain/loss tracking
Participate in nightly pricing rotations to ensure accurate mutual fund pricing and data distribution
Support key fund events such as launches
and seed capital repatriations

Full Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. You will assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers valuable exposure to the financial services industry and the chance to build a strong foundation in accounting and operational finance. ### Position Responsibilities * Perform timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations, ensuring suspense accounts remain in good standing. * Partner with operations teams to identify and implement process improvements that prevent new suspense items. * Prepare and post standard journal entries and support basic general ledger account analysis. * Research and resolve DDA reconciliation and super-sheet out-of-balance items within established timeframes. * Prepare, validate, and support dividend and commission payments on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. * Support reconciliation-related activities, including settlements, ACH verifications, wire processing, share verification, and gain/loss tracking. * Participate in nightly pricing rotations to ensure accurate mutual fund pricing and data distribution. * Represent operational issues when coordinating with other internal departments. * Support key fund events such as launches, liquidations, mergers, and seed capital repatriations. * Perform other duties as assigned. ### Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience. * 1–3 years of experience in a related Transfer Agency or accounting role. * Working knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger processes. * Proficiency in creating and posting journal entries. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particu
