Full Job Description

**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights supporting plant performance and decision-making. * Prepare and post journal entries, run SAP reports, and support month-end and year-end close activities. * Monitor and reconcile accounts including intercompany transactions, tooling P&L tracking, and other balance sheet reconciliations. * Oversee petty cash and purchasing card activity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. * Support budgeting, forecasting, government reporting, and audit processes (including physical inventory and year-end audits). * Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards (SAP, BI, PowerBI) for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. * Partner cross-functionally and across sites to provide financial analysis, while supporting continuous improvement and training of junior analysts/interns. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. * 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; manufacturing environment preferred. * Strong understanding of P&L, cost accounting, and financial analysis principles. * Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools (e.g., Business Intelligence, PowerBI; Hyperion preferred for senior-level candidates). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, communicate financial insights, and influence decision-making. * Career progression mindset with readiness to grow into a Controller or Junior Controller role within 6–24 months. Starting at $105,000.
