Must Have
BAS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major, Prior experience with annual budgeting process, working knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting, working knowledge of business enterprise and other computer software applications, Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, Demonstrated leadership and persuasion skills, analytical skills relating to mathematical calculations, Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
CMA or CPA certification preferred, working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, working knowledge of rolling budgets, working knowledge of product-line profitability analysis

Prepare financial analyses of operations
Track financial performance
Measure financial performance
Improve financial performance
Administer annual budget process
Make process improvement recommendations
Assist with implementation of recommendations
Prepare reports outlining financial position
Assist in budget preparation
Assist in financial forecast preparation
Monitor monthly operating result variances
Analyze monthly operating result variances

Assist in implementation of profitability initiatives
Provide support for profitability initiatives
Assist in implementation of productivity initiatives

Establish key performance indicators
