B. S. in Business (Finance, Accounting), 2 + years of relevant FP&A experience, Understanding of accounting and financial theory, Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, Experience with financial modelling, both payroll and non-payroll, High level of intellectual curiosity, with ability to explain variances in terms of business drivers, General Microsoft Office skills, with Excel skills, interpersonal and written communication skills

In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Technology organization and Enabling functions. This role partners closely with Technology, HR, Legal, Facilities and Finance leadership to deliver accurate financial insights, improve reporting transparency, and support investment decision-making. # **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast. * Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle. * Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month-over-month trend analysis. * Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers. * Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions. * Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporating new technology where applicable. * Partner with Cloud operations teams to align financial assumption
