What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years post-undergraduate experience, 4-year bachelor’s degree required, Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

preferably in a financially related role, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate, Familiarity with commercial real estate loan documents and borrower compliance, Real estate experience, Yardi and Yardi Construction Manager and Yardi Debt Manager module experience

What You'll Do.

Ensure BLP deliverables are timely

Assist in preparation and review of internal/external deliverables

Review loan documents for compliance items

Monitor post-closing loan requirements

Assist in loan compliance process

Prepare monthly/quarterly financials and analysis

Develop and prepare analytical reports

Serve as liaison across company functions

Create and maintain process documentation

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards

Assist Fund Reporting team

Facilitate processing of BLP payables

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

partnering cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and asset management teams; Work independently and in a team in deadline driven environment

Communication Scope

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
