What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience performing accounting, budget execution, or resource management within a DoD or DoDAF environment, Knowledge of financial management systems such as Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) or FM Suite, Ability to pull reports from systems of record, conduct audits, determine account balances or execution rates, and develop briefings, charts, spreadsheets, and reports, Ability to establish and maintain records management systems and file plans to support audit readiness, Secret clearance, Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with financial analysis, Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, 8+ years of experience with financial analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice to Have

Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or manpower financial reporting, Knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), MILCON processes, or Agile Combat Employment (ACE) initiatives, Ability to present financial products to stakeholders and contribute technical insights to mission‑driven decision‑making, Top Secret clearance, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field a plus, Project Management Certification such as CAPM, APM, or CPMP Certification
