About You You are a finance professional with strong analytical instincts and a solid foundation in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. You are comfortable working with financial and operational data, building clear reporting, and translating results into actionable insights for business partners. Own recurring management reporting and dashboards across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses, and surface key business trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive revenue planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for an assigned segment of the business, proactively identifying performance drivers and emerging risks/opportunities.
