This position will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting deal evaluations, performance reporting and insights, and process building and enhancements. Key job responsibilities > Driving planning and budgeting and related deliverables, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance. > Prepare financial metrics, financial reporting, and financial analysis related to music licensing deals > Own, refine, and develop key areas of our deal valuation models and royalty reporting in Creator Services space > Engage in strategic initiatives with high degree of ambiguity > Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations >Partner with multiple business stakeholders; develop action plans; measure and analyze results Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of finance experience - 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - Bachelor's degre
