What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Mutual Funds license, Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation, 2-3 years of proven experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments and converting pipeline leads and opportunities into results for the benefit of the client, Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly, and to maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, Agile and adaptable to work in multiple environments, with presentation skills and comfort presenting in a group environment, Digital savviness across multiple platforms and devices (i. e. Sales platform, e-signature, mobile technologies. Comfortable navigating with and for clients, Familiarity with Group Advantage value proposition (Bank at work), Flexibility during the day/night/weekends to visit clients in their commerce day/night/weekend
