Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent field, 5+ Years Experience providing investment guidance and advice to clients, 5+ Years Demonstrate a superior record of sales achievement while maintaining high ethical standards, NASD licenses: FINRA Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 & 65), Appropriate state insurance licenses
Nice to Have
Master's Degree: Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent field
What You'll Do.

Maintain compliance with all applicable bank
State and Federal regulations associated with the sale of investment and insurance products
Provide leads to branch personnel for the sale of other bank products and services
Attend and actively participate in sales meetings
and planning sessions
Develop and execute quarterly business development plans
master operational procedures
and provide sales and activity reports
Create internal and external relationships in an effort to develop referral sources and meet appointment objectives
Maintain required professional training and license requirements
Provide active mentoring and coaching to all Licensed Bank Employees (LBEs)
Hold frequent client appointments
