What They're Looking For.

Must Have

FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 Licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License, Completed LTC Continuing Education Requirements, working knowledge of financial industry, In-depth experience working with managed products and providing fee-based advice, In-depth understanding of deposit and loan (including mortgage) products and banking services, Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience, Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth, Collaboration & team skills - In-depth, Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth, Influence skills - In-depth, Data driven decision making - In-depth

What You'll Do.

Provide financial and investment planning

Determine client needs and provide solutions

Sell managed products and services

Refer clients to business partners

Support achievement of sales targets

Implement business development strategies

Cultivate branch employee referrals

Identify opportunities for referrals

Implement relationship management plan

Develop solutions and make recommendations

Provide advice and guidance
