What They're Looking For.

Must Have

HBO or WO degree in Business Economics or Accountancy, Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or controlling, Experience preparing annual accounts, Experience with audits (Dutch GAAP), Knowledge of IFRS, Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, Knowledge of compliance, Knowledge of internal control (AO/IC), Dutch language skills, English language skills

Nice to Have

Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, Affinity with the healthcare sector

What You'll Do.

and complete financial reports

and report financial results to global

Act as financial point of contact and business

Coordinate external and internal audits

Ensure compliance with IFRS and Dutch GAAP

Prepare annual accounts according to Dutch GAAP

Lead improvement projects within accounting

Lead process optimization (Lean)

Ensure internal control (AO/IC)

Support corporate income tax returns

Report intercompany positions correctly

Manage master data (chart of accounts

Identify financial risks

Advise on improvements and policy
