Conduct intercompany reconciliations
Oversee subsidiary funding
Manage monthly bank closures
Account for depreciation monthly
Manage credit card reconciliations
Manage accounts payable functions
Oversee local filing requirements
Ensure audits completed
Ensure submissions completed
Liaise with finance team
Make external submissions
Improve cash flow tool
Maintain cash flow tool
Own regional cash flow forecasts
Manage regional cash flow forecasts
Document cash flow variances
Deliver cash flow reports
Ensure banking controls adhered
Own regional payables process
Ensure timely supplier payment
Ensure timely staff payment
Process payroll payments
