As our new Financial Accountant, you won’t just be crunching numbers - you will be a vital pillar of a lean, high-impact three-person finance team, working alongside our Finance Manager and a Financial Controller (who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the operational work with you). Because we handle multiple administrations, numerous audits, and subsidy tracking, this role requires someone who can work fast, stay organized, and maintain high accuracy under tight timelines. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a diverse ledger portfolio, take on real ownership, and rapidly develop your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATION - Efficient Bookkeeping: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day financial tasks across multiple companies, working efficiently to manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and hour-recording tracking. - Intercompany & Tax: Handle intercompany reconciliations and prepare VAT declarations for the different entities. - Proactive Month-End Close: Drive the monthly close process forward at a steady pace for your assigned companies, ensuring all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and ready for review by the Controller and Manager.
