Must Have
Finance/accounting diploma, Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting/reporting in an international company, Experience with payroll accounting and taxation, English skills (written and spoken), Chartered accountancy registration, Reliability in meeting deadlines, Expert MS Office skills (especially Excel), Experience with ERP programs (etc.: JD Edwards), Experience with accounts payable and receivable, Experience with the preparation of financial reports, Experience in international accounting (IFRS)
Nice to Have
Czech or Polish language is an advantage, preferably in a medium-sized company
What You'll Do.
Processing and reviewing incoming supplier invoices
Ensuring correct encryption and approval of all invoices in accordance with company policies
Recording and monitoring of incoming payments
reconciling receivables
Accurate recording of all receivables in the accounting system and dispatch of customer invoices
Resolving discrepancies and handling customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
Conducting regular bank reconciliations to compare company records with bank statements
Accurate recording and updating of bank transactions in the system
Timely preparation and processing of payments
Monitoring of cash flows and bank activity
Supporting monthly and annual closing procedures
Balance sheet reconciliations
Management of advance payments
and intra-group invoicing
intercompany postings

It is not only an Accountant position but you can participate in collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve issues/requests.
