What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified accountant, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA, 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting or financial reporting environment, understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting principles, the financial reporting lifecycle, Experience working across balance sheet, P&L and cash flow reporting, analytical skills, ability to interpret financial data, investigate variances, identify risks or opportunities, Excellent attention to detail, meticulous approach to reconciliations, schedules and reporting outputs, Confidence using Excel, familiarity with accounting or ERP systems, A proactive, curious and improvement-focused mindset, communication skills, ability to build effective relationships across finance and the wider business
Nice to Have
Exposure to M&A activity or post-acquisition integration, Alteryx experience
