What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified or experienced accountant, accounting process expertise, domain knowledge across either RTR, RTC, PTP, Tax, Treasury Internal Controls or Finance, Demonstrated experience in process documentation, knowledge transfer activities is essential, accounting knowledge and expertise in assigned process areas is essential
Nice to Have
Experience in a GBS, or large scale finance transformation environment is advantageous, Exposure to the online gaming industry is an advantage, Oracle experience advantageous, emotional ability to build relationships, manage interpersonal dynamics effectively, Proactive learning ability, Resilience in fast-paced flexibility, adaptability to changing requirements
What You'll Do.
Documenting processes
preparing desktop procedures
supporting process transition
synthesise information into documentation
Provide Receivers with information
onboarding of new hires
Review detailed Desktop Procedures
identify redundant tasks
escalates to team lead
facilitate effective knowledge transfer
finalise list of stakeholders
Support development of training materials
Coordinate knowledge transfer activities
Raise issues to Sending Team Leads
Keep Sending Team Leads updated
How You'll Work.
