Plaid’s Corporate Finance team leads company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders. We align financial goals with business objectives to support informed decision-making at the senior leadership and executive levels. We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Manager to serve as the primary owner and developer of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, Pigment. In this individual contributor role, you will architect, build, and continuously improve the financial planning infrastructure that powers Plaid's budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. You will report into the Corporate Finance team and act as the connective tissue between Finance, Data, and Technology—translating complex business requirements into scalable, elegant systems solutions. What excites us: - 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A operations, or business systems roles, with deep hands-on EPM platform expertise. - 3+ years of specialization in EPM/CPM platforms (ie. Pigment strongly preferred; Anaplan or Adaptive Planning also considered), with deep hands-on expertise across model design
