What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–6 years of relevant work experience, Experience supporting and implementing Coupa, SAP Concur, and SAP S/4HANA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a deadline driven environment
Nice to Have
preferably within the financial services industry, Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes is a plus
What You'll Do.
Provide technical and functional support for Coupa
SAP Concur and S/4 HANA
Oversee master data management across various Finance systems
Providing systems support to Finance end-users
Perform testing for new system implementation and existing system upgrades
System implementation support and manage ad-hoc project
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in close partnership with the Finance and IT departments; Coordinating with the Technology team; Serve as a liaison between the Finance and Tech teams; Proactive team-player that enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment; Pitching in on other projects
Communication Scope
Excellent oral / written communication skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Process & Methodology
Exceptional project management skills, Ability to multi-task several projects on tight deadlines, Maintaining attention to detail, Manage ad-hoc project
