Must Have

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, 5+ years working close to commercial operations, hands-on experience in deal modeling, assessing the financial impact of commercial trade-offs, Negotiations and commercial terms and conditions, turn around business cases on tight timelines, Solid skills in financial modeling, building clear analyses and scenarios that support decision making, Comfortable extracting the data yourself, leveraging AI to sharpen the business case, Ability to stand your ground and influence senior leaders, Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex commercial and financial trade-offs in a clear and concise manner, in English

What You'll Do.

Run point on our commercial reviews

own the review process for Restaurant SMB deals

managing the workflow and the call on what terms we can offer to strategic merchants

support the Enterprise team on deal modeling and finding the right balance across the P&L on the offers we put on the table

translate the deal impact into our Merchant Fee plans and forecasts

Keep track of the deals we make

keep us honest about how we're actually performing in this area

Actively drive and engage in the annual and quarterly planning processes

keeping track of development vs plan in weekly and monthly business reviews

Support and educate local teams with best practices and lessons learned from other countries

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with the local Marketplace leads; engage with the Sales and Account Management teams in the central Merchant organization; Support and educate local teams with best practices and lessons learned from other countries

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex commercial and financial trade-offs in a clear and concise manner, in English

Process & Methodology

managing the workflow, annual and quarterly planning processes, keeping track of development vs plan in weekly and monthly business reviews
