Must Have
Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting / IT / Engineering, 3-8 years experience, Minimum 5 years experience in support of PeopleSoft Financials, Functional experience with PeopleSoft Billing, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Asset Management PS version 9.2 and above, Technical Experience of PS Query, Application Designer, People Code and App Engine, Experience in problem-solving with end users, Ability to interact and communicate with middle management, Familiarity with working in a support environment, UAT/Functional testing, Creation of BRD and test scripts

What You'll Do.
Solve End-user issues on Order to Cash
Resolve user queries/reported application issues
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the ERP
Perform Predefined Integrity Checks and BD tasks to
Create/amend PS queries as requested by the user
Initiate and execute Improvements to Process
Analyze PS Security related issues
Execute UAT and functional testing processes
Create and maintain detailed test scripts
Create detailed Business and System Requirements Documents
