Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring consistency, reconciliation of discrepancies, and compliance with accounting standards. Monitor cash flow performance and support recommendations to improve financial efficiency and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project budgets, expense tracking, and financial planning. Assist with tax filings, statutory reporting, financial statements, and audit-related requirements. Contribute to the improvement of financial systems, workflows, and operational processes. Liaise with vendors, clients, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation flow. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, ideally within a marketing, media, or service-based agency.
